Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number and/or email address, property address, property type, financial and lease details, and any notes. We also record the referring page within our website when available and the submission time. If you choose SMS, we record your separate inquiry and promotional consent choices, the disclosure version and text presented to you, the collection page, and the submission time. Messaging systems may also process message contents, delivery information, replies, and opt-out requests.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and secure the website. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate your property, prepare and discuss offers, respond to questions, coordinate appointments and transactions, provide support, operate and secure our services, and maintain communication preferences and consent records. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not enroll you in SMS messages.

SMS messaging and your choices

If you separately opt in, Dizposition may send recurring SMS messages about your property inquiry, including offer follow-ups, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, receiving an offer, or using our services. If you separately select the promotional SMS checkbox, we may also send recurring promotional texts about our commercial property buying services, company updates, and offers using automated technology. Each checkbox is optional and independent: inquiry consent does not authorize promotional texts, and promotional consent does not authorize inquiry texts.

Reply STOP to the number that sent you messages to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation text; further messages will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or use our contact form. You can also contact us to request an opt-out. See our SMS terms.

Mobile information and consent protection

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data and consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide information needed to operate the messaging service to messaging providers, carriers, and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver and support the messages you requested. They may not use that information for their own marketing. SMS consent applies only to Dizposition and is not transferred to another brand.

These SMS protections apply to every sharing category described in this policy. No other provision authorizes the sale, rental, or sharing of mobile information or messaging consent for third-party or affiliate marketing.

Other disclosures

We may provide information to hosting, lead-routing, customer-management, and other providers as needed to respond to your inquiry and operate our services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protect legal rights. Any business transfer remains subject to the mobile-information protections above and does not authorize another brand to message you using your Dizposition consent.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information; no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may retain limited opt-out records to honor a request not to receive messages.

Your requests and third-party websites

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to change your communication preferences, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes to this policy do not themselves provide SMS consent or expand the scope of existing consent.
