These terms govern your use of dizposition.com, operated by Dizposition (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and our property inquiry text messaging program. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
Dizposition SMS program
When you expressly select inquiry SMS consent, the Dizposition property inquiry SMS program sends recurring text messages related to your inquiry, including offer follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, transaction updates, and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received; contact your wireless provider about your plan.
You can opt in by entering your mobile number and selecting the applicable separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or accepting these terms alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, receiving an offer, or using our services. Inquiry consent does not cover promotional messages. A second, independent checkbox lets you opt in to recurring promotional SMS about our commercial property buying services, company updates, and offers, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Neither checkbox requires the other, and both are optional and unchecked by default.
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Tell us if you stop using that number. Participation depends on a text-capable device and wireless service; availability and delivery are not guaranteed.
Cancel or get help
Reply STOP to the same number that sent you messages to unsubscribe at any time. We may send one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, no further inquiry or promotional SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. To rejoin, opt in again through the contact form.
Reply HELP for help. You may also use our contact form for support or to request an opt-out. You can submit that form without agreeing to SMS.

Carrier liability and privacy
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how it is used. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely to deliver and support our messaging service.
Website use and property inquiries
Provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share. You may use this website to learn about our services and discuss a property you own or are authorized to represent. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation to buy or sell property and does not create a brokerage, agency, or advisory relationship. Any property transaction requires a separate written agreement. Offer and closing timing depend on the information provided, diligence, and the terms of that agreement.
Website information and links
Market data, calculators, and other website materials are general information and may be incomplete or change over time. They are not an appraisal or legal, tax, or investment advice. Obtain professional advice suited to your circumstances. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website content belongs to Dizposition or its respective owners. You may use it to evaluate our services; that permission does not transfer ownership of the content. The website is provided as available, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes do not enroll you in SMS or broaden existing messaging consent. Any materially different messaging program requires the appropriate consent.
